3. Notifications & Messaging

By using Lemendrop:

• You may send notifications (including SMS) to subscribers
• You agree to comply with all applicable messaging laws (e.g., consent requirements)

Lemendrop is not responsible for misuse of messaging by users.

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (images, product details, etc.).

By using the platform, you grant Lemendrop a limited license to display and distribute your content as needed to operate the service.

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Features may change or be updated at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lemendrop is provided "as is."

We are not liable for:

• Lost revenue or missed sales
• Data issues or delays in notifications
• Any indirect or consequential damages

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.
